Menagerie pairs two artists, Mark Sarmel and Lurk & Destroy, together that play with character, fantasy and mythology in both black & white and colored forms. For this series both will explore the idea of masks and characters and what they mean to the viewer.

Both will have numerous prints and paintings exploring these ideas and will be showing these works at La Galería.
Opening Show: Thursday, September 11, from 6 to 9 pm

Menagerie reúne a dos artistas, Mark Sarmel y Lurk & Destroy, quienes interactúan con personajes, fantasía y mitología tanto en blanco y negro como a color. Para esta serie, ambos explorarán la idea de las máscaras y los personajes, y su significado para el espectador.
